Comfortable Room Amenities

Good Entertainment Options

During my downtime, I appreciated the selection of cable channels available in my room. I had a decent stay at this hotel that was conveniently located in the medical district, which was perfect for my visit to a local hospital. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although there were a few hiccups during my stay that impacted my overall experience. I appreciated the shuttle service to the hospitals and the friendly staff, but unfortunately, I encountered issues with the shuttle service and some staff behavior that left much to be desired.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. While it’s conveniently located near medical facilities, the customer service was shockingly poor and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I encountered numerous issues with bugs in multiple rooms, and the staff seemed indifferent to our complaints. The pricing felt too high for the level of service and quality we received.
